Why Give?

We cannot accomplish our mission of providing a Christ-exalting, academically excellent education without the generosity of all members of the school’s community.  We welcome and encourage generous giving to Wilberforce and ask you make TWS part of your regular giving. Your gifts will be used in a number of ways to accomplish the school’s mission. For example:

• Attracting and retaining high caliber teachers by paying them well.

• Providing financial aid to families who cannot afford to pay full tuition.

• Constructing a permanent home for The Wilberforce School.

• Stocking a library rich in excellent, age-appropriate literature.

• Paying for books, teaching tools, furniture and equipment that enhance the learning environment.

The school’s financial statements are open to parents for review at any time.  Our fiscal year ends June 30 of each year, and financial statements are prepared thereafter.  If you would like a copy of the school’s financial statements or to discuss giving options, please email our Head of School, Howe Whitman.

The school is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in the State of New Jersey and is recognized as a tax exempt organization by the IRS.
