Commencement 2018

What a joy it was to celebrate this extraordinary class of graduates! In the words of our keynote speaker, Dr. Robert P. George, these young men and women are being launched into the world "to remember God to a world that has forgotten Him, and to be salt and light that repairs what is broken and points the way to true freedom."

We also had the privilege of hearing from Dr. George at a speaker's reception prior to the Commencement Ceremony. Dr. George was interviewed by our Head of School, Howe Whitman, Jr, and shared his thoughts on the state of American education and the need for schools like Wilberforce.

This, allow me humbly to say, to you young people and especially to the graduates, is your mission. You must remember God to a world that has forgotten Him. You must be salt and light that repairs what is broken and points the way to true freedom.
