Please note: New families applying to Explorers One are not granted Financial Aid due to a limited number of funds.

3. Submit Student Records Release Form (included in application)

4. Schedule an Assessment for your child

Students applying for Explorers 1 and 2 are required to be observed to assess school readiness. After your application is complete, our Admissions Director will contact you (609.924.6117, or email) to schedule an individual assessment.

5. Participate in a Parent Interview
The Admissions Office will contact parents to arrange an interview. Both parents are required to attend the interview. All parents are required to read the following materials prior to the family interview:


6. Receive Notification of Admissions

The Admissions Committee will notify families in a timely manner.

7. Return Signed Contract
Following notification of acceptance, the family will be given a due date to confirm enrollment by submitting the signed Contract, and the Tuition Schedule with indication of payment method (along with a check for the Book Fee and Tuition Deposit).

Waiting Pools:
When a class is full, applicants may be placed in a waiting pool for that class. If a slot opens up, students will be selected from the waiting pool to fill the open slot.

Age and Class Placement:
Explorers I: Older four-year olds and younger five-year olds *
Explorers II: Older five-year olds and younger six-year olds *

*Applicants must be the appropriate age before September 1.
