2022 Welcome Events

Wednesday, August 31st

Event: Explorers Welcome
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

All Explorers One & Two students are invited to meet their teacher and visit their classroom before school begins. Parents, please drop off your Explorer(s) at the back porch and head to The Abbey for the Parent Welcome. Teachers will bring Explorers outside on the front steps to meet their parents when done. We are so excited to see you there!

Use the map below to locate parking, back porch for drop off, and The Abbey. We will have faculty outside to help direct as well.

Event: Parent Welcome
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

Please join us for a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord for the upcoming year as well as a sharing of vital information for the coming school year. Following the Welcome event parents are invited to join their students on the Great Lawn for a time to meet other parents, reconnect with familiar faces, and greet classroom teachers.
Explorers parents: please meet by the front stairs to pick up your Explorer(s) when classroom time is done.

Wednesday, August 31st

Event: Pop in for Popsicles on The Great Lawn
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

All Lower School Students are invited to join us on The Great Lawn for popsicles and playtime with students and teachers. Parents, please drop your student off with Lower School Faculty and head to the Parent Welcome in The Abbey. Parents can join their students after chapel. Please use the map below to locate parking, The Great Lawn, and The Abbey.

Event: Lower School Parent Welcome
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

Parents, please join us for a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord and a sharing vital information for the upcoming school year. After the Parent Welcome, parents are invited to the Great Lawn, where their students are, for a time to meet other parents, reconnect with familiar faces and greet classroom teachers.

Thursday, September 1

Event: Middle & Upper School Student Welcome
Time: 9:00am-10:30am

All Middle & Upper School students are invited to the Welcome Event to receive schedules, meet teachers, tour campus, as well as see old and new friends. Students can go directly to the back porch of Building 2. Faculty will be outside to help direct. Students will dismiss on The Great Lawn. Use the map below to locate parking and locations.

Event: Parent Welcome Event
Time: 9:00am-10:30am

Parents, please join us in The Abbey for The Welcome Event. We will have a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord and a sharing of vital information for the upcoming year. Parents are invited to meet new families and reconnect with familiar faces in front of building 1 following The Welcome Event.

Class Six Parents (10:00-10:20am)-following the Welcome Event we have a dedicated time to cover any questions you may have about Middle School and to share intentional aspects of the sixth grade year.

Tuesday, September 6th

Event: International Student Orientation
Time: 10:30-12:30pm

International student families are invited to join us for Orientation to learn more about the year ahead, greet faculty and administration, tour the campus, and hear about new procedures. Students will have a chance to receive schedules, meet teachers, as well as see old and new friends. Orientation will conclude with an outdoor lunch. Our International Student Ambassadors and families will join for the lunch as well.

**For International families that are available you are also welcome to join The Middle and Upper School Welcome Event on Thursday, September 1st 9:00-10:30am.
