Event: Explorers' Welcome
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

All Explorers One & Two students are invited to meet their teacher and participate in classroom activities before the first day of school. Parents, please drop off your Explorer(s) at the back porch and head to MPR 1 for the Parent Welcome. When Parent Welcome is over, please pick your child up at his or her classroom. We are so excited to see you there!

Use the map below to locate parking and back porch for drop-off. We will have faculty outside to help direct as well.

Event: Parent Welcome and Convocation Chapel
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

Please join us for a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord as well as a sharing of vital information for the coming school year. Following the Welcome Event parents are invited to join their students on the Great Lawn for a time to meet other parents, reconnect with familiar faces, and greet classroom teachers.
Explorers parents: please pick up your Explorer at his or her classroom. All other Lower School students can be picked up on the Great Lawn.

Wednesday, August 28th

Event: Pop in for Popsicles on The Great Lawn
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

All Lower School Students are invited to join us on The Great Lawn for popsicles and playtime with students and teachers. Parents, please drop your student off with Lower School Faculty and head to the Parent Welcome in MPR1. Parents can join their students after Parent Welcome. Please use the map below to locate parking, and The Great Lawn.

Event: Lower School Parent Welcome and Convocation Chapel
Time: 9:00am-10:00am

Parents, please join us for a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord and a sharing of vital information for the upcoming school year. After the Parent Welcome, parents are invited to the Great Lawn, where their students are, for a time to meet other parents, reconnect with familiar faces and greet classroom teachers.

Thursday, August 29th

Event: Middle & Upper School Student Welcome
Time: 9:00am-11:00am

All Middle & Upper School students are invited to the Welcome Event to receive schedules, meet teachers, tour campus, as well as see old and new friends. Students can go directly to the back porch of Building 2. Faculty will be outside to help direct. Students will dismiss on The Great Lawn. Use the map below to locate parking and locations.

Parents, please join us in MPR 1 for The Welcome Event. We will have a short time of prayer and praise dedicating our campus, faculty, and students to the Lord and a sharing of vital information for the upcoming year. Parents are invited to meet new families and reconnect with familiar faces in front of building 1 following the Parent Welcome.

Class Six Parents (10:15-10:45am)-following the Parent Welcome we have a dedicated time to cover any questions you may have about Middle School and to share intentional aspects of the sixth grade year.

Tuesday, September 3rd

Event: International Student Orientation
Time: 11:30-1:00pm

International student families are invited to join us for a short message from our Head of School, Howe Whitman, and a welcome back lunch for families, students, and ambassadors.
