Coach of the Year

Lois Szeliga has led the charge for Wilberforce since starting the program back in 2018, leading the teamm to its first state title a season ago.

In addition, the girls captured the Mercer County title and finished 11th at the Meet of Champions. Two of her own, Sophia Park and Adeline Edwards, made All-Non Public B First Team as well.

On the boys’ side, Szeliga coached the team to a third-place finish in Non-Public B, with Jereny Sallade capturing the individual state title. Sallade, along with Caleb Brox, also made All-Non Public B First Team.
