B.A. The King's College, Ed.M. Boston University

Mrs. Antlitz joined The Wilberforce School faculty in 2013, after working for 5 years in higher education at Boston University. She was given the opportunity to create and oversee the College Admissions program when Wilberforce began its Upper School in 2014. She’s been walking alongside our Upper School students in their college admissions process ever since! She loves helping students find colleges that will encourage their growth, both spiritually and academically. She received her undergraduate degree from The King’s College and her M.Ed. from Boston University. Susan lives in Atlanta with her husband and three kids. She works remotely with our students, visiting Wilberforce a few times a year to connect with students in-person.

B.A. Wheaton College, M.A. Eastern Michigan University

Mrs. Axelson was an elementary school teacher for many years in both Michigan and Texas, including at our sister school, West Dallas Community School. At The Wilberforce School, she has served on the Board of Directors, worked as an Admissions Director, co-led our Accreditation and Re-accreditation process, and most recently served as our Advancement Director. She is now the Head of School. Jennia and her husband have three daughters, all of whom are or have been students at Wilberforce.

Dr. Bacon joyfully serves as the Director of Admissions, bringing experience in Christian higher education admissions, curriculum design, youth ministry, and discipleship. She holds a B.S. in Bible, a B.M. in Vocal Performance, and an M.A. in Ministry. With a special interest in self-leadership, the Reformed faith tradition, and Charlotte Mason's educational philosophy, she earned her Ed.S. and Ed.D. in Educational Administration & Leadership from the University of West Florida. Alongside her delight in her professional work, Betty rejoices in the beautiful calling of homemaking and motherhood, supporting her husband’s service in the U.S. Air Force and, by God's grace, raising their three children to have a deep, sincere hunger to know and honor God.

B.A. Moody Bible Institute, M.Div. Southern Baptist Theological Seminary

Mrs. Burlaga enjoys teaching the humanities to students in the Middle School and Upper School. Danielle is grateful for her own education, which included homeschooling, speech and debate experience, and most recently, an M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Danielle loves watching students grasp God’s truth in his Word and his world. Prior to Wilberforce, Danielle worked on local college campuses with a college ministry. Danielle and her husband Ben attend Fellowship CrossPoint, where Ben is a pastor and they serve together in youth ministry.

B.A. Moody Bible Institute

Mrs. Brox was our first Explorers teacher before her eldest son was born in 2006. Over the years, she has stayed connected to our community through parent prayer, PTF, substitute teaching, Lower School chapel talks, and as a former board member. Carrie has a Bachelor of Arts from Moody Bible Institute, where she studied Christian Education, and she has a one-year Bible certificate from Word of Life Bible Institute. Now she teaches Life Skills in the Lower School for grades 2, 3, and 4. 

B.S. Houghton University, M.S. Cairn University

Ms. Burgman brings more than 20 years of technology and teaching experience —gained in schools and corporate environments. Prior to Wilberforce, Carolyn was the Director of Technology at Faith Christian Academy in Sellersville, PA, where she spearheaded the transition to online learning for over 500 students. She has also been a varsity women's soccer coach at Cairn University and continues to coach youth teams. She is excited to help students in their formative years discover their God-given talents and gifts.

B.S. University of Maryland, M.A. Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary

A beloved fixture at The Wilberforce School since 2007, Mrs. Cho has taught students from Class One to Class Five. As a Lower School teacher, she was known for honing habits, "feasting" on living books, and sharing her love of watercolor painting. Bringing a rich background in teaching, youth ministry, and textbook editing, she now steps into her new role as the Lower School Teacher Coach and Student Dean. She is eager to mentor her fellow teachers and champion the joyful learning experiences that define the Lower School. Mrs. Cho lives in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with her husband and daughter.

B.M., Oberlin Conservatory of Music, M.M.E., Westminster Choir College

Ms. Chong is from Cherry Hill, NJ. After attending Oberlin College Conservatory of Music, she began teaching at The Wilberforce School in 2008. Since then, she has had the privilege of teaching at each grade level, conducting choirs in the Lower, Middle, and Upper School. She is also involved in Wilberforce's extracurricular arts programs and directs Melodia, a Lower School after-school choir, and serves as the musical director for the Upper School musical.

B.A. Elizabethtown College

Mrs. Cleere has been part of the Wilberforce community for many years as a parent. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Elizabethtown College. After many years of teaching first grade in the public school system, she joined the Wilberforce faculty as a Class One teacher. She enjoys using her experience to help students learn about God and His creation, as well as encouraging them to grow both academically and spiritually.

B.S. Pensacola Christian College

Mrs. Cobeña has been with the Wilberforce family since 2023. She graduated with an Elementary Education Degree from Pensacola Christian. Having taught in the classroom for many years, she is eager to help students reach their academic goals, while developing godly character. Laura and her husband, along with their children, enjoy spending quality time with family and traveling.

B.A. Regent University

Mrs. Coto is very grateful for the opportunity to work with students of varying ages throughout the Wilberforce School. Sarah’s journey with children began early, and she has worked with children of all ages, from toddlers to teens, across a variety of educational and enrichment settings, including as a swim instructor since she was 15. With a degree in theater from Regent University and a background in both the performing arts and coaching, Sarah has developed a unique, creative approach to engaging young learners. She is especially passionate about fostering curiosity, imagination, and joy in the classroom through hands-on experiences and gentle guidance. Sarah lives in Lebanon, NJ, with her husband, where they enjoy hiking and exploring new places. She is deeply committed to supporting the minds and hearts of students as they grow in God’s love.

BSBA University of Puerto Rico, MS Interamerican University of Puerto Rico

Originally from Puerto Rico, Mrs. Estremera taught in both private schools and post-secondary institutions during her time on the island. Alongside her husband, she co-founded the Acts 2 Ministry at Fellowship Crosspoint Church in Chesterfield, NJ, which provides live Spanish translation of English sermons every Sunday. She also serves on the worship team and is an active member of the diaconate. Having lived in multiple countries and states, she has developed a deep compassion for those who feel like “foreigners and strangers,” a feeling that mirrors her own experience. Sharing the gospel in her native Spanish brings her great joy as she helps others encounter God’s mercy and grace. Delma and her husband have two college-aged children; as a family, they enjoy traveling, discovering new cultures, trying different cuisines, and spending quality time together.

B.A. Mount Holyoke College, M. Ed. Rutgers University

Mrs. Fitzgerald is the Lower School art teacher. Mrs. Fitzgerald has been on the staff at The Wilberforce School since 2017, and has been a Wilberforce parent since 2014. Mrs. Fitzgerald received a B.A. in Art History and Elementary Education from Mount Holyoke College where she also studied Studio Art. While teaching elementary school in North Brunswick, Mrs. Fitzgerald continued her studies at Rutgers University where, in 1990, she earned her Master's degree in Educational Administration. She is married and lives in Lawrenceville with her husband Frank. They have three daughters: Nina, Anya and Sofie. Anya and Sofie are both graduates of Wilberforce School. Mrs. Fitzgerald is feeling very blessed to be able to share her love of art with our students at The Wilberforce School!

B.M. University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music

Mrs. Forrester recently relocated from northern California to New Jersey and feels blessed to be a part of The Wilberforce School. Mrs. Forrester has over 15 years of experience teaching choir, voice, music theory, and theater. She has also been the musical director and director for various school musicals over the years, including Les Miserables, Into the Woods, Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Sound of Music. Mrs. Forrester lives in Ringoes with her husband and two children.

B.A. Messiah College, M.Ed. George Fox University

Mrs. Ganey joined the Wilberforce School in 2014 and she began teaching Class Five in 2016. Prior to coming to Wilberforce Mrs. Ganey taught middle and high school Language Arts for 12 years in both Oregon and Pennsylvania. One of Mrs. Ganey's passions is to help students mature in their personal responsibilities and help them to take ownership of their education and so ready them to make the transition from Lower School to Middle School. Mrs. Ganey, her husband Kevin, and their two adult children live in Pennsylvania. In her free time, Mrs. Ganey loves to travel and work on her photography skills.

B.A. Eastern University

Mrs. Greco is the Physical Education teacher for Lower School. For the last twenty-five years, she has had the privilege of investing in and training students through coaching sports, lead teaching and aiding in elementary schools, as well as directing children’s ministry in the church. She has been working alongside her husband and their three kids to plant and establish a church in Robbinsville, NJ since 2010.

B.S. Nelson University

Mrs. Greco has been the Explorers One teacher at Wilberforce since 2013. She absolutely loves teaching and exploring with our youngest students! Cheryl invests in building habits, sparking joy in learning, and nurturing faith in her students. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Nelson University. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has lived in Costa Rica and Mexico. She has 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Outside of teaching, Cheryl enjoys reading, walking, biking, and buying shoes!

B.A. Wheaton College

Mrs. Greenberger is delighted to find herself at Wilberforce, after a season as a stay-home mom and active volunteer for church and school! Prior to that, she has worn lots of hats working in marketing agencies and corporate settings, but the ones she loves best are the opportunities she has serving her church in music and worship. Jen is a Chicago native, and graduate of Wheaton College, and she feels privileged to support staff, faculty, students, and parents as they pursue Christ in the work of education and discipleship.

B.S. Northwestern University; Ed.M. Harvard University

Mrs. Hahn joins the Upper School faculty as our 10th Grade and 12th Grade Chemistry teacher. With over 25 years of teaching high school chemistry at both introductory and advanced levels, Irene brings a wealth of experience to her classrooms. A graduate of both Northwestern University and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Irene is certified as a secondary school chemistry teacher in California, Illinois, and New Jersey (with advanced standing). Irene and her family attend Stone Hill Church, and she is passionate about helping students learn as they joyfully discover God's beauty and creativity through the study of chemistry.

B.S. Cairn University

Mrs. Hailstone earned her B.A. in Secondary Social Studies Education and Biblical Studies from Cairn University. She taught middle and high school students for six years before joining The Wilberforce School as Admissions Assistant. Rebecca has been connected to the Wilberforce community for many years through her husband, who serves as a Middle and Upper School math teacher and coach, giving her a broad perspective on the life of the school. In her role, Rebecca enjoys welcoming new families and partnering with them in raising children within a community shaped by grace and truth.

B.S. Cairn University, M.A. Villanova University

Mr. Hailstone has been part of the Wilberforce community since 2016. He loves teaching mathematics to Middle and Upper School students and received his master's degree in mathematics from Villanova University. When he is not contemplating abstract ideas, Wayne accompanies the Wilberforce School choirs on the piano. Music has been an important hobby throughout his life, and he earned a minor in music during his undergraduate studies at Cairn University. Outside of school, Wayne hikes and camps with his wife and three kids in the national parks and wherever else they can find a good view in the northeast.

B.A. University of Valley Forge

Mrs. Holt joins the Wilberforce family with over 20 years of experience in education. With a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from University of Valley Forge, Niki has taught in various environments including a boys' behavioral school, a Christian school, and a public school working with elementary students with autism and multiple disabilities. Niki lives in Robbinsville with her husband, Kevin, and their 3 daughters. She is thrilled to be at Wilberforce and to be part of a school family that emphasizes and supports educating the whole child.

B.A. University of Northern Colorado, Post-Bac Liberty University

Mrs. Huxel has been part of the Wilberforce community since 2018 and has been teaching Class Five since 2021. Prior to moving to New Jersey, Michelle began her teaching career as a Physical Education/Health teacher at the high school, middle school, and elementary school levels. She later transitioned to becoming a classroom teacher and has taught both fourth and fifth grade. Michelle and her husband, TJ, have two daughters, both of whom attend Wilberforce. As a family, they love to travel and spend time outdoors. Michelle also enjoys playing tennis as much as possible! Her greatest passion, however, is teaching children and watching them grow in the unique gifts that God has given them.

Dr. James has coached Debate and taught Middle and Upper School Humanities courses at Wilbeforce since 2018. Before coming to Wilberforce, Dr. James taught at Monmouth University and New York University, where he wrote his dissertation on Chaucer's indebtedness to Medieval Latin and French literature.

B.A. State University of New York at New Paltz, M.S.W. University of New England

Mrs. Jones is excited to serve the Wilberforce School as an Explorer's One teacher! She holds a master's degree in social work specializing in children and families. Sara discovered a love of early childhood education after her own children began school, and most recently served as the director of a local preschool. She counts it a great joy and privilege to teach young children about God's word, the wonder of His world, and especially the good news of Jesus. Sara and her husband, Scott, who is the Lead Pastor of Jacob's Well, have two sons at Wilberforce.

B.A. Montclair State University

Mrs. Joo is grateful to join The Wilberforce School as the Class One Aide. Katie has a growing passion for educating the next generation and has been working with children in many different capacities since 2010. She, with her husband and 3 young children, are currently church planters of King’s Covenant Church in central New Jersey. When she is not serving in Family Ministry, meeting up with fellow sisters, or creating sermon graphics for King’s Covenant, Katie enjoys reading, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors with her family.

B.A. Princeton University

Mr. Kook developed a passion for Christian education since he himself was in high school. He has served as a ministry intern at Hope Presbyterian Church and has engaged with elementary and middle school students in ministry, VBS, as well as tutoring. The Wilberforce School's emphasis on the Christian worldview and the centrality of the family in a child's education deeply resonated with him. Brian and his wife, Stella, live in Pennington, NJ.

A.A & B.A. Fashion Institute of Technology

Mrs. Kwon was born and raised in Queens, New York City. She earned her degrees in Communication Arts and in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She was the Director of Marketing & Design at a prestigious construction management firm in Manhattan and brings over 18 years of design experience. Mary is also the founding member and Creative Director of 14+ Foundation, a non-profit that seeks to build and operate schools and orphanages in rural African communities. Mary, her husband, and their four children left behind all that was familiar to begin a new life in New Jersey because they felt a calling to root their children more deeply in the faith so they can learn to live as countercultural believers in the world. Mary is looking forward to bringing her design eye, social media savvy, and her love for creative storytelling to Wilberforce.

B.A., Post-Bacc Wellesley College

Mrs. Lee joined the Wilberforce Lower School faculty in 2017. After many years teaching and counseling preschoolers to graduating seniors, she has delighted in working with students in the Grammar Stage, leading them to thoughts and habits that are true, beautiful, and good. She is excited to serve as the Lower Grammar Lead Teacher and also support The Wilberforce School with her administrative and organizational skills as the Assistant to the Lower School Head.

B.A. Barnard College, M.A. Teachers College, Columbia University

Mrs. Lee initially joined the Wilberforce community as a parent, and went on to assume various roles supporting the Lower School before becoming a full-time teacher. Her previous experience lies in designing and developing instructional content for various industries. She enjoys applying her knowledge and skills to serve our young learners in training.

B.S. University of Pennsylvania

Mrs. Liu grew up in NJ and received her BS in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. After working in Philadelphia for a few years, Jennifer and her husband moved back to NJ and had three daughters. She currently works at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where she has been caring for premature/ill newborns. Between her own children, her NICU babies, and the Wilberforce students, Jen feels called to nurture and care for the little humans made in His image.

B.A. Johns Hopkins University

Mr. MacQueen graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. He has served as Business Manager for the Wilberforce School since 2018. Prior to joining the Wilberforce School, he worked in the health benefits management industry. One of his favorite Bible passages is the story of the Prodigal Son, "my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found."

B.A. Rutgers University, Ph.D. University of Maryland

Dr. Madigan teaches Upper School Humane Letters to the 10th and 12th grades. Since receiving her doctorate in political philosophy from the University of Maryland, Dr. Madigan has worked as a lecturer in Princeton University's Politics Department. A mother of five who homeschooled her children for 15 years, Dr. Madigan firmly believes in the intrinsic connection between faith and reason. She enjoys spending time with her students discussing great books and pondering questions about truth, beauty, and the meaning of life. Her three younger children have benefited greatly from their Wilberforce education.

B.A. Cairn University, M.A. Cairn University

Mr. McAlack has over ten years of full-time pastoral experience. He is a graduate of Cairn University where he earned a Master’s degree in Religion, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Bible with a major in Youth Ministry. He desires to help youth and families cultivate a love for Jesus Christ, a passion for God’s Word, and a devotion to serve others. Jeremy and his wife, Emelie, live in Newtown, PA with their children Everett, Addilyn, and Miles.

B.A. Princeton University

Mrs. McDowell grew up in middle Georgia before coming to Princeton University in 2020, where she studied biology with an emphasis on pre-medical studies and infectious disease dynamics. After graduating, she worked for Princeton Christian Fellowship for a few years before joining the Wilberforce faculty to teach upper school chemistry and now middle school science. Mirae and her husband Ryan are members of Hope Presbyterian Church.

B.A. University of Pennsylvania

Mrs. McLean and her husband, Steve, have been part of the Wilberforce community since 2015 when the oldest of their four children started in Explorers 1. Investing time and energy into the Wilberforce community has always been a source of joy for Steve and Sarah, and she is so grateful to serve this community as a faculty member. Mrs. McLean received her BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and taught middle school in Philadelphia for several years while earning her MEd. She is involved in the discipleship ministry at their church and has a passion for teaching the Bible, inspiring students to see the truth, beauty and goodness of God through His word.

B.S. University of Delaware, M.S. Rutgers University

Mrs. Mejias and her family joined the Wilberforce community in 2019 after a decade of homeschooling. Prior to starting a family, she worked as a Registered Dietitian and as an oncology clinical trials Project Manager. After a 15-year hiatus from work outside of the home, Coleen returned to the workforce and eventually God led her to a position at The Wilberforce School. She especially enjoys working with the youngest students, celebrating with them as they master new skills and praying with them as they share their love of Jesus. Coleen appreciates any opportunity to read aloud and to share her love of great children’s picture books. As the daughter of a career Naval Officer, Coleen experienced the joy of being a new student in a new school every two years through high school. She has called New Jersey “home” for more than 30 years and now lives in Chesterfield with her husband and two sons.

B.Eng. Stevens Institute of Technology, M.Eng. Stevens Institute of Technology

Mr. Meyer is a born and bred New Englander who spent his formative years running his own business, avoiding a Boston accent, and enjoying "real" winters. His non-stop drive for knowledge steered him to an education at Stevens Institute of Technology where he majored in Materials Engineering with a focus on metallurgy. During his graduate research on the Chemical Vapor Deposition of thin films (think potato chip bags and semiconductors), Justin learned he was pretty good at building systems and fixing things. In addition, Justin worked in Residence Life for nine years, helping residents through their college experience. Justin met his wife Victoria during graduate school and they are now parents to two children attending Wilberforce. Some of Justin's long-running interests include woodworking, racquetball, model rocketry, biking, making pickles, and music.

B.A. College of William & Mary

Mrs. Moellenhoff was one of the first students to attend Wilberforce Explorers One through 12th grade. After graduating in 2019, Olivia went on to graduate from the College of William & Mary in 2023 with a degree in Music and significant coursework in philosophy. She was also blessed to spend 2 semesters abroad at New College, Oxford University, where she studied music theory, Shakespeare, and the work of Ludwig Wittgenstein. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and harp, cooking, and mentoring young girls. As an amateur film historian, she especially loves older films. Olivia looks forward to this opportunity to serve a community that has blessed her so much!

B.A. Duke University

Mrs. Moise grew up in the Princeton area. She has spent her adult life working with youth, teens, and families in the tri-state area to achieve their aspirations, showing Christ’s love through her work in athletics and education. After working at Wilberforce as a substitute teacher, she is now joining the faculty as a Lower School Aide.

B.A. Fordham University, M.A. Fordham University

Mrs. Moscatiello completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in history and medieval studies at Fordham University. She has experience tutoring university students in writing skills and humanities as well as lecturing in history classes. At Wilberforce, she has taught courses in Latin, Logic, History, Classical Roots, and Humane Letters and has led a course on Copperplate Calligraphy during Middle School's February Focus Week.

B.A. New York University, M.A. Fordham University, M.A. University of Notre Dame, Ph.D. (ABD) University of Notre Dame

Mr. Moscatiello has been a teacher since 2002. He worked for many years at the Princeton Review, where he taught thousands of students, trained teachers, and wrote content for more than a dozen books. He has also taught in a Christian homeschooling consortium and has led several small groups in his church. In addition to teaching logic, Latin, art history, writing, and theology at Wilberforce, Mr. Moscatiello has mentored students in college admissions.

B.S. Indiana University, M.Ed. Michigan State University

Mr. Munn joined The Wilberforce School in 2026 as Middle & Upper School Head. For more than two decades, he has dedicated his life to working with students. For nearly a decade, he worked for Yew Wah International School in Shanghai, China, where he taught, led as department head, and later became founding principal of a new campus. Before coming to Wilberforce, he served as principal at The Covenant School in Greensboro, North Carolina for four years. Chris and his wife have six children, and they love being able to educate them in a Christian classical school.

B.S. Indiana University

Mrs. Munn joins the Wilberforce family with over 15 years of experience in education, 13 of those years in classical Christian education in the U.S. and abroad. With a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education degree from Indiana University, Monica has enjoyed teaching all levels of math from Explorers 2 through Pre-Calculus. Monica and her husband, Chris, have six children, five of whom will be students at Wilberforce. She feels blessed to be a part of the Wilberforce community. Monica is passionate about partnering with parents in the education and spiritual formation of their children and raising up students who appreciate and enjoy God's beautiful design of mathematics.

B.S. Eastern University

Mrs. O'Meara is the Assistant to the Middle & Upper School Head. She graduated from Eastern University in 2010 with degrees in Elementary and Special Education. She has been a part of the Wilberforce community since 2015, previously serving as a Middle School math and science teacher, and Middle School Dean of Girls. Molly and her husband, Bill, live in Yardley, PA with their three children, all of whom attend Wilberforce.

B.S.E. Princeton University, M.Div. Princeton Theological Seminary

Mr. O’Neill grew up in northern New Jersey before moving to the Princeton area for college and then seminary. He serves as a pastor at Hope Presbyterian Church in Lawrenceville, and is grateful for the opportunity to teach the Bible to students at the Wilberforce School. He and his wife Krista have three young children.

B.S. William & Mary, M.A.P.E. University of Virginia

Mr. Owen began his teaching career in the Fall of 1992. He taught at The Lawrenceville School for 22 years prior to starting at Wilberforce. In that role, he taught mathematics and science, coached wrestling and soccer, and served many years as a housemaster. He began teaching at Wilberforce in 2013 when the Upper School was founded. He teaches mathematics, and Physics/MATLAB. He also runs math tutoring in the evenings for all Upper School students through online office hours. In his free time, Mr. Owen loves to ride his bicycle around the New Jersey countryside and beyond. He loves to commute by bicycle to school each day to avoid Route 1, which he refers to as "the antithesis of human flourishing." At home, he loves to read good books on his patio or by his wood-burning stove.

B.A. Princeton University, M.A. Relay Graduate School of Education

Mrs. Pak has been a part of the Wilberforce community as an Explorers 2 teacher since 2022. After graduating from Princeton University in 2020, she joined Teach for America and taught 2nd grade at an all-girls public charter school in Bronx, NY, during which she earned her Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from Relay Graduate School of Education. During those two years, Mrs. Pak saw the need for God-honoring, Bible-teaching schools and desired to help raise the next generation of disciples through her calling as a teacher. She looks forward to seeing her students’ love for learning and the Lord grow throughout the year! Mrs. Pak lives with her husband Michael in Metuchen, NJ, and outside of teaching, she serves as part-time staff at King’s Covenant Church.

B.A. Swarthmore College

Ms. Palden is joining The Wilberforce School as a middle school Latin teacher. She holds a BA in Latin from Swarthmore College and interned with the Paideia Institute in Rome one summer, helping develop their Latin textbook, before spending a Fulbright year teaching English in Germany.  She has since taught early childhood at Germantown Friends School, where she started a Classics Club and was amazed by how quickly four-year-olds picked up spoken Latin. This summer, Maddie took part in the Paideia Institute’s Living Latin in Rome program, renewing her excitement to bring the beauty and structure of Latin to life for Wilberforce students this year.

Mrs. Park joined the Wilberforce School as a Class Two teacher in 2008. After teaching second grade in North Carolina public schools, Hyme desired to educate the whole child, particularly by bringing faith instruction into the classroom. Wilberforce gave her that opportunity. She loves teaching with a biblical worldview and being part of a team of like-minded teachers!

Mrs. Park joined Wilberforce in Explorers Two...as a classroom Aide! Prior to working at Wilberforce, Jee was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years, and in her past life, she worked in Human Resources for investment banks. Jee and her husband are parents to five adult children.

B.S. Boyce College

Mrs. Parr recently moved to Princeton and is excited to serve The Wilberforce School as a Class Two teacher. Originally from West Texas, she received a B.S. in Humanities with a minor in Classical Education from Boyce College in Louisville, Kentucky, where she also taught in a classical school. It was there that she discovered a passion for working with elementary students. She finds joy in training them to love the good, the true, and the beautiful through Scripture and the world around them. In their free time, Mrs. Parr and her husband, Christopher, can often be found playing tennis, hiking, or reading outside.

B.A. Princeton University, Ph.D. University of California, Berkeley

Dr. Pratt is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, he has taught Ancient Greek, Latin, and related subjects to a wide range of students. Dr. Pratt resides with his family in the Princeton area, where he regularly attends Stone Hill Church.

B.A. Rutgers University, M.S. Concordia University of Irvine

Mr. Quartucci joined Wilberforce in 2026 as Athletics Director. From 2021-2026, he served as Assistant Athletic Director, Athletic Performance Coach, and Rentals Coordinator at Notre Dame High School. Before that, he served as the Associate Director of Athletic Performance at Rutgers University, where he had the privilege of helping oversee the design of the Rodkin Academic Success Center, including its state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility. As a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Rutgers, he trained athletes across nine sports, many of whom went on to play professionally in the NFL, MLL, MLS, and PLL. Frank played football at Rutgers University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. He has also earned a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Concordia University. He resides in Langhorne, Pennsylvania with his wife, Marielle, and daughter, Mira. His family is proud to be members of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Penndel, where their faith and family remain at the center of their lives.

B.S. McMaster University, M.S.E. University of Pennsylvania

Mrs. Rapacchietta has over a decade of experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level and is thrilled to be part of the Wilberforce faculty. She hopes to inspire her students to appreciate the beauty of mathematics. Elizabeth is also a Wilberforce parent, with two children at the school. She is happy to teach at Wilberforce where both academic rigor and spiritual growth are embraced.

Ms. Reardon has been a long-time member of our community as a parent, volunteer and teacher. All four of her children have attended Wilberforce, and she was instrumental in establishing our Parent-Teacher Fellowship. Kristy's past experience includes teaching middle and upper school humanities in an international Christian school in Moscow, Russia as well teaching third grade in an independent school in Washington, DC. As a humanities teacher at Wilberforce, she enjoys sharing her love of history and great literature with her students.

Dr. Ristuccia has worked at The Wilberforce School since its beginning, first as Board member, then as teacher and administrator, and now as faculty mentor. Karen loves both seeing students grow as writers and thinkers and teachers develop as scholars and leaders. When not at Wilberforce, Karen, alongside her husband Matt, leads Linden Grove Ministries, a mentoring ministry for Christian leaders throughout the world. Closer to home, Karen (and Matt) love swimming, reading, and playing with their five grandchildren.

A native of New Jersey, Mrs. Sahadi is thrilled to be a part of the Wilberforce community! She has a passion for ministering to the hearts and minds of students to help them grow as disciples and scholars. Elizabeth has worked with students of every grade and in several elementary schools as well as in camps, VBS, Sunday School, and math tutoring. Outside of the classroom, Elizabeth enjoys playing pickleball with friends, serving at church, volunteering at the local food bank, and spending time with family.  Her favorite games are Sequence and Dutch Blitz.

B.A. Princeton University, M.Div. Trinity Theological Seminary

Mrs. Sallade serves as the Upper School Dean of Girls and Theology Department Chair. She also teaches Literature and Bible and Theology classes to various grade levels. She became a Wilberforce parent in 2008, and all three of her children have graduated from Wilberforce. Prior to joining the Wilberforce faculty, Danielle worked on the ministry staff team of the Princeton Christian Fellowship.

B.A. Vanderbilt University

Mr. Schellack grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. He earned his B.A. in Classics from Vanderbilt University after which he taught ESL and Public Speaking at Phillips Academy - Andover's Summer Session. He spent the next year in Italy studying Second Temple Judaism and Interreligious Dialogue at the Pontifical Gregorian University. While in Rome, Ben had the opportunity to study Latin with Father Reginald Foster, the Pope's chief Latinist. He moved to New Jersey where he began an MDiv at Princeton Seminary, met his wife, and founded Penstock Coffee. Ben began teaching Latin and Humanities at The Wilberforce School in 2010.

Mrs. Seidle joined The Wilberforce School during the 2011-12 school year. She is the Upper Grammar Lead Teacher and teaches Class Four. She is married and raised four children into adulthood. Prior to joining our community, Barb homeschooled her children and served in youth ministry for many years. Barb enjoys sharing her great loves with her students which include reading great books, exploring nature, and the study of history. She also enjoys writing, cooking, and hiking (especially when it's downhill).

B.B.A Baruch College, M.P.A John Jay College of Criminal Justice

Mrs. Spencer joined the Wilberforce community in 2024 as a parent, and she is excited for the opportunity to join the Wilberforce Lower School team. She brings over 15 years of higher education administrative experience. She’s looking forward to learning, supporting, and growing at Wilberforce while supporting the school's important mission. Lonette enjoys many creative outlets, such as thrifting and repurposing items, woodworking, and tennis.

B.S. Calvin University, Ph.D. Baylor College of Medicine

Dr. Steen has been a Wilberforce parent since 2007 and has taught at Wilberforce since 2014. She currently teaches Upper School biology and acts as the science department chair. Before teaching, Sharri earned a PhD in molecular biology from Baylor College of Medicine, performed post-doctoral research at Princeton University, and worked as a medical education writer for the pharmaceutical industry. Both of her children started at Wilberforce as Explorers. Sharri is passionate about sharing her love for biology with students and pondering with them the beautiful connections between faith and science.

B.A. Roberts Wesleyan College, M.Ed. McGill University

Mrs. Tink joined the Wilberforce School in January 2024. Before coming to Wilberforce, Mrs. Tink taught Special Education in public school for over 30 years. Mrs. Tink is excited to apply her passion for meeting the unique needs of students to the reading and student support programs at Wilberforce. She is also committed to helping her students grow in their love and knowledge of Christ.  Outside the classroom, Mrs. Tink enjoys nature walks, listening to audiobooks, and cheering on her husband, Wes, who serves in full-time ministry.

Mrs. Vardeman teaches our Middle and Upper School Math and Science. A native of England and a mechanical engineer, Mrs. Vardeman teaches our Middle and Upper School Math and Science. She also serves as Dean of Middle School Girls. Mrs. Vardeman affirms our mission’s union of academic excellence with Christian conviction. Mrs. Vardeman and her husband have 3 children and live in Belle Mead.

B.A. University of Tennessee, M.S. University of Tennessee

Mrs. Wallace has been teaching Class Three at Wilberforce for more than a decade. Before joining the faculty in 2010, she taught fifth grade in North Brunswick, New Jersey, after earning her Master of Education from the University of Tennessee. Julia describes her move to Wilberforce as a wonderful change, one that felt clearly led by God. She and her husband, Jeremy, are the proud parents of a son and twin daughters, all of whom are Wilberforce scholars. One of their greatest joys is seeing how much their children love school and how they are thriving in their learning and friendships! When she is not in the classroom, Mrs. Wallace enjoys curling up with a good mystery novel, running through the park, biking with her kids, and spending time with her family in Tennessee whenever she can.

B.A. Syracuse University

Mrs. White became a Wilberforce parent in 2015 and quickly became an active member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship. Before joining the Wilberforce staff, Tina worked as a Surface Pattern Designer in New York City’s home furnishings industry, creating designs for bedding, rugs, and wallcoverings, and traveling to print mills to oversee production. In 2007, Tina discovered her passion for working with children while teaching at a pottery studio during the summers. After her sons were born, she began teaching at St. James Nursery School, where she developed a new curriculum for their toddler program and taught children ages 3-5. Tina also dedicated over 10 years to teaching religious education classes for students in grades 1-8 at her church. Even though her two sons have graduated from Wilberforce, Tina continues to enjoy her role as the After School Coordinator, which allows her to work with students of all ages.

B.S. Illinois State University, M.S. University of Southampton, Ph.D. University of Colorado

Dr. Willett earned her doctorate in aerospace engineering at the University of Colorado as a fellow of the NASA Graduate Student Researchers’ Project. She also holds a Master’s degree in ocean physics from the University of Southampton, England, and a Bachelor’s degree in applied computer science from Illinois State University. In addition, Dr. Willett brings with her several years’ experience teaching both high school physics in a Christian school setting, and courses in aerospace engineering to undergraduate students at the University of Colorado. Before teaching, her post-doctoral work in atmospheric physics was under Dr. Judith Curry, and she worked designing, launching, and operating satellites that monitor geophysical earth elements. She enjoys bringing real world examples from her previous work into her classroom. Dr. Willett will be teaching Upper School calculus classes and an introductory MATLAB section for the10th grade.

Mr. Yang has been a part of the Wilberforce faculty since 2011, and he currently serves as the Middle School Director, Middle School Boys Dean, and Math Department Chair. Irving is passionate about cultivating a Christ-centered community for our Middle and Upper School students. He and his wife have three sons all of whom attend Wilberforce.

B.A. Princeton University, M.A. Westminster Theological Seminary

Originally from Costa Rica and Tennessee, Mrs. Yoder completed her B.A. in Comparative Literature at Princeton University and her M.A. in Religion at Westminster Theological Seminary. While a student at Westminster, she worked as the product manager for Storyglory Kids, leading book fair season design and catalog curation for Christian schools across the United States. Emily lives with her husband Lance and daughter Felicity in Princeton and is a member of Stone Hill Church. In her free time, she loves reading, knitting, hiking, and running.

B.A. Calvin University, M.A. Westminster Seminary California

Mrs. Yonkman considers herself remarkably blessed to have been coaching athletics and teaching Middle and Upper School Art at Wilberforce since 2018. As an undergraduate student she majored in art and philosophy and went on to study systematic theology at the graduate level. When they enrolled their eldest child in Explorers in 2015, Kristen and her husband immediately recognized that they had found in Wilberforce a rare and amazing community of Christian teachers and families to partner with them in raising their children. Kristen is honored to be a part of the faculty, recognizing the incredible privilege and joy of working with her students each day. Outside of school, she is an active member of her church and enjoys hiking, ocean sports, painting, reading, and hanging out at home with her family.

B.A. Calvin University, M.Div. Westminster Seminary California

Mr. Yonkman is a graduate of Calvin University (BA in Religion with minors in Ancient Greek and Philosophy, 2005).  He is also a graduate of Westminster Seminary California (MDiv. 2008).  He first worked as a pastoral intern in Washington DC for two years before being called as a pastor to New Jersey.  He and his wife have been a part of the Wilberforce community ever since they enrolled their two children in Explorers 1 beginning in 2015.  He is the House Governor and a Bible teacher at Wilberforce and is passionate about glorifying God and helping others follow Christ.

B.A. Rowan University, M.Div. Biblical Theological Seminary, Th.M. Princeton Theological Seminary

Throughout his years at Wilberforce, Mr. Young has taught various subjects including theology and literature. Currently, Mr. Young teaches Middle School History and Upper School Humane Letters. As an Upper School Dean, Mr. Young is passionate about mentoring students and community building. In his free time, Mr. Young enjoys being outdoors with his family, playing sports, as well as painting historical miniatures. Mr. Young and his wife have been actively serving at a local church since 2008.

B.A. Dushanbe State Pedagogical University

Mrs. Zaynidinova has been a part of the Wilberforce parent community since 2015 and joined the faculty in 2022. Her two oldest children have graduated from Wilberforce, and two more are currently in Middle school. Having worked in education and communication with people of different ages and cultural backgrounds for many years, she’s excited to share the joy of learning in the Lord with Explorers Two.
