At Wilberforce, we believe that education is formation—shaping not only the mind but also the heart of a child. When we consider our students’ academic, spiritual, and character formation—whether on the playground or playing field, in the classroom or lunchroom—we begin with the end in mind: mature Christians equipped to serve Christ and His kingdom. This equipping is accomplished through an intentional, faculty-led culture. Our faculty disciple students by modeling how to live, think, and relate to others as mature Christians, and they invite students to join them. The result is students and faculty coming together to pursue growing faith, rigorous scholarship, and deep friendships. As a school, we seek to care for our teachers and attract new faculty with competitive salaries and meaningful professional development.
