Morning Drop-Off Traffic Flow

School doors open at 7:30 AM. The school day begins at 8:10 AM. refer to the map below for the drop-off traffic pattern. There will be faculty and staff outside to help direct you. Here is where students should go to start their day:

  • Explorers, Classes 1-2: Main Building, Multi-Purpose Room 1
  • Classes 3-5: Building 1, Multi-Purpose Room
  • Middle School: Main Building, Multi-Purpose Room 2
  • Upper School: Main Building, 3rd Floor Lounge

Families are invited to park, take photos, and walk their Lower School students to the MPR. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate families at assemblies or morning prayers. To park, please bypass the drop-off line, drive around the gym, and park in one of the two parking lots. Wilberforce banners will be displayed for any back-to-school photos you wish to take.

Our pick-up traffic pattern map and guidelines are below. This is the traffic pattern for both 12:30 PM and 3:05 PM pick-up. We will have faculty and staff outside to help direct traffic. Please note these important traffic details:

  1. All drop-off and pick-up lines should remain to the far right to allow traffic to pass through on the left.
  2. Drop-off and pick-up lines should maintain a courtesy gap at all intersections to allow for bypassing traffic. Please do not block any of the intersections while queued up. 
  3. If for any reason your queue should reach a street intersection or back up into another queue, please bypass on the left and circle around.
  4. Please drive with caution and maintain a safe speed while on campus, especially when passing by other schools’ queues and pick-up locations.
  5. Refrain from any cell phone use while your vehicle is moving.
